to organise the central returns for any Manufacturers, Retailers and Direct
Mail Order Companies. We can handle most consumer goods and will set up a
bespoke service to handle your individual requirements. This service will
eliminate customer confusion caused by product being collected by carrier
and not the company they have purchased from. If Product came straight back
to PR+
it would cut out part of the chain by going to the carrier depot first.

SOLUTION
- Booking-in Procedure
The Manufacturer who will already have authorised returns from customers,
will book in goods by phone, fax or e-mail to our goods-in department.
- Goods Arrival
All products will be received into our warehouse by checking the
customer's paperwork. The correct count will be put onto PR+'s
computer. PR+
will notify the manufacturer of any discrepancies, so that the Manufacturer
can either issue new product to be sent out to the client.. The product
will then be stored in our warehouse, awaiting re-work.
- Collection
When the product has been re-worked, PR+
will notify the manufacturer. All products will be palletised in agreed
classifications. e.g. new, "A" grade, "B" grade or unsaleable or any other
you require.
- Product Checking
PR+
will visually check each item. Units which are new or can be made new
with all accessories, instructions etc. will be re-boxed. (if necessary),
using retail cartons, accessories, and packaging materials supplied by
the manufacturer.
If you require products stored waiting packing materials or for any other
reason this can be arranged but there will obviously be an additional
charge.
PR+
offers you the facility to prioritise models to be checked and reworked.
PR+
will advise you weekly by 4pm Friday the models and quantities that are
ready for collection for re-issue or sales. (Having been reworked that
week).
PR+
will keep a computer stock inventory of all your stocks held in PR+'s
warehouse. Monthly stock checks can be taken if required.
- Insurance
PR+
will agree a satisfactory level of insurance cover with the Manufacturer
and will be responsible for this cost of insurance and for any audited
shortages. We would be happy for you to undertake a review of our warehouse
premises.
- Categorisation
a) Receiving Goods and checking against
collection notes/delivery notes. Notify the Manufacturer of any discrepancies.
Entering stock onto PR+'s
computer stock file and pick to model/type or colour and store
in warehouse.
b) Unbox product visual check to categorise
to pre-determine category
New (to be sold as new)
"A" grade (To be sold as shop soiled plain or retail boxes)
"B" grade (To be sold in "B" grade)
Unsaleable (Destroyed or sold un-repaired)
c) Product Testing - all non manual
products will be tested to see if items work. These can then be classified.

d) Re-boxing will include all accessories
whether new or graded. (If available).
Weekly Computer reports and specific findings on certain product faults
will be sent to the Manufacturer.
